At OSS, we have a 12 month structured orthopedic physical therapy mentorship program that is divided into six, 2-month modules. These modules will cover the following areas: Cervico-Thoracic, Lumbopelvic and Hip, Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Post-Operative Rehab and the Industrial Athlete. Each module will include a knowledge track through MedBridge, dedicated mentorship time each week for the mentee and mentor.

To kick off Mentorship, both the mentee and mentor are invited to the business office for a Mentorship Launch Lunch. Here you will meet the other PTs entering the Mentorship program and learn about the opportunities, responsibilities and expectations of the Mentorship Program.
