Pelvic Floor Exercise and Education

Course Overview

6-Week Postpartum Exercise and Education Program
Cost: $120 + Tax

This 6-week program is designed to help postpartum individuals restore strength, function, and confidence through guided pelvic floor exercises and education. Each session combines practical movement strategies with evidence-based information to support recovery and long-term wellness.

Who Can Join

✔️At least 6 weeks post vaginal delivery

✔️At least 8 weeks post C-section

✔️No more than 1 year postpartum at the start of the class series

Why Take This Class?

Pelvic floor health is essential for overall well-being after childbirth. This course provides a supportive environment to learn, move, and ask questions with guidance from a qualified professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my baby to class?
Your full attention is necessary for learning and safety - we are not allowing babies to attend class with you. Please coordinate childcare during the class.

Do I need to bring equipment?
No - we will have all items available for use in the classroom. We will provide a list of equipment you might like to have for home, however not required.

What if I am more than 12 months post-partum?
Priority enrollment will be given to those who have given birth within 12 months. If the class is not full 1 week prior to start, your registration will be accepted.

Can I attend class prior to my postpartum follow up visit?
Clearance from your provider for exercise is strongly recommended prior to attending this class

I am still having pelvic pain from delivery - can I still enroll in this class?
Yes - our education and exercises will likely address some of your issues and help your symptoms. 

What if I miss a class?
Communicate with your instructor - educational material and new exercises can be sent via e-mail or collected the next class.

What if a class is cancelled?
Opportunity for a make up class will be provided on the Friday following the final scheduled class.
