This year’s event will be on Saturday, January 31, 2026. All current OSS Employees, Travelers, Students and valued business partners, and a guest are invited.

No, it’s not what you think. Like we would do some bogus, grody, lame-o trivia game. Take a chill pill! Gag me with a spoon! It's gonna be totally bitchin’. I’m so sure.

Will there be prizes? No duh! The best and most bodacious we’ve ever had! Get stoked!

Location: Murano Hotel, Bicentennial Pavilion, Tacoma WA

Dress: Dress Like A prominent ’80 Rock Star of Movie or TV Character

Parking: A lot has been reserved for us across the street from the pavilion at 1149 Market Street. Parking passes for this garage will sent to each clinic prior to the Gala.

What To Wear?

All attendees are strongly encouraged to dress like a prominent ’80 Rock Star or Movie or TV Character. Check out the ’80’s “Look Book” to help inspire your choice.

There will be prizes for the four best costumes (Hair style will be considered.)

Staying the Night At The Murano

The Hotel Murano wills set aside a small block of rooms at a group rate. Look for Hoel Reservation Information soon.

Parking

OSS has arranged for free parking in the lot across from the Murano Bicentennial Pavillion entrance. Parking passes for this lot will be distributed in December.
