Elvis!

We are very happy to invite you and guest to the 2025 Olympic Sports & Spine Winter Gala. The theme for the evening is “Elvis!”

This year’s event will be on Saturday, January 18, 2025. All current OSS Employees, Travelers, Students and valued business partners, and a guest are invited.

Elvis Lip Sync

The highlighted of the Gala will surely be the Elvis Lip Sync Competition. The Lip Sync competition winner will receive two round trip tickets to Las Vegas and four nights at a leading hotel on the “strip.” The Gala also includes a festive setting, multiple cash bars, a delicious dinner, a variety of desserts, a live Elvis Band, and the annual OSS Award Ceremony.​​​​​​​

• Dress: Elvis Inspired Attire
• Parking: A lot has been reserved for us across the street from the pavilion at 1149 Market Street. Parking passes for this garage will sent to each clinic prior to the Gala.

What To Wear?

All attendees are strongly encouraged to dress in a way that reflects one of Elvis’ eras. Elvis, his wife Pricilla, and his entourage dressed differently in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. (See the photo of Elvis in each decade below for a quick visual reference.) Pick which era works best for you! You could choose to replicate one of his more iconic outfits or simply dress in way that generally reflects your preferred era. Oh, don’t forget the hair. Dye it jet black, style it in an Elvis pompadour or a Pricilla Bouffant? It’s up to you. How about some killer sideburns!

There will be prizes for the four best costumes (Hair style will be considered.) And yes, for those who can grow them, there will be a separate sideburn competition!

RSVP's Required

Use the blue REGISTER Button to RSVP for this event. Online RSVP's will only be accepted through January 3, 2025. The event planners require our head-count in advance to prepare for our dinner dessert and drinks. Please don't wait until the last minute.

Staying the Night At The Murano

The Hotel Murano has set aside a small block of rooms at a group rate of $149.00. You may make reservations until January 3, 2025 at which time the block will be released, and room rate will be based on availability.

OSS has arranged for free parking in the lot across from the Murano Bicentennial Pavillion entrance. Parking passes for this lot will be distributed in December.
